gluten free oat waffles

waffles with raspberries and whip cream

You guys, this is too easy. Like, you’re gonna laugh.

Prep time is less than five minutes. Six ingredients. Crispy and satisfying.

  • 2-1/4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Measure ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Add water or rolled oats to achieve desired consistency. Pour batter onto lightly greased waffle iron and cook until crispy (or to your liking). I usually double or tripple this recipe. These waffles freeze beautifully and heat in the toaster for a quick breakfast.
