heed my warning

a snowy alberta from above

Almost every winter in Central Alberta there is a snow day (or four) due to inclement weather. The buses should have shut down this particular day due to blowing snow, but for some (unjustifiable-to-me) reason, they didn’t.

The evidence was piled 3 feet high in front of our house where drivers kept getting stuck. From inside we would hear the futile sound of a revving engine, and suit up to shovel out and push the stuck driver. Seven times. It was a busy day for these good samaritans. My friend (and neighbour) Todd made a video to showcase (MOCK) my penchant to swear and use social media. I have awesome body language.

And for the record: I didn’t WATCH Steve shovel — I shovelled with him. Every. Single. Time.

Hilarious! When the movie got to the end and a line of text started to unfold, after “If you can type,” i felt certain it would finish with, “you can swear!” And you’re right: You did have awesome body language. So believable.

That should totally be the tagline!

I think I’m going to start moving my body like this during intense conversations.
